The preliminary runs of the CCRIF tropical cyclone loss model for wind and storm surge have produced government losses for Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla and The British Virgin Islands due to Tropical Storm Erin (and therefore Erin is designated as a Loss Event for these countries1). The government losses for Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla and The British Virgin Islands are below the Attachment Point of their respective Tropical Cyclone policies and therefore no payout under their respective policies is due. |
