CCRIF SPC seeks a Compliance and Risk Officer (C&RO) to oversee regulatory and policy compliance and manage risks across strategic, financial, operational, and environmental domains. The C&RO will implement governance and risk management frameworks, ensure adherence to AML, cybersecurity, and corporate governance policies, and conduct compliance reviews. Key responsibilities include managing risk registers, coordinating audits, maintaining business continuity plans, and updating internal policies. The role also involves training staff on matters related to this function and supporting the organisation’s leadership with compliance-related matters.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or finance-related fields, professional compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, ICA), and 3–5 years of experience in compliance and risk management in financial services or regulated entities.
Expertise in corporate governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and business continuity planning is required, with risk management certifications (e.g., CRCMP, RIMS-CRMP) considered an asset. Integrity, adaptability, and strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required and proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
