Job Opportunity - Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a full-time position within CCRIF SPC with responsibility for upholding regulatory and internal controls, overseeing various operational facets such as donor organisation reporting, performance management, process enhancement, service provider supervision, procurement and facilitating board and committee reporting. This responsibility falls under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, emphasising the essential nature of their position in maintaining organisational integrity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Finance or related field. In addition, the Operations Manager will have between 6 – 8 years’ experience in Operations Management experience in financial services, insurance or similar industry. The incumbent will possess a minimum of 5 years management experience and preferably, knowledge of parametric insurance concepts, reinsurance, business continuity planning and/or risk management.

The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communications skills in English. Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
