Job Opportunity - Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a full-time position within CCRIF SPC with responsibility for oversight of operational facets such as contract administration and service provider supervision, maintenance of the Operations budget, donor organisation reporting, performance management, process enhancement, procurement and facilitating board and committee reporting. This responsibility falls under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, emphasising the essential nature of their position in maintaining organisational integrity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Finance or related field, at minimum. In addition to academic qualifications, the Operations Manager will possess between 6 – 8 years’ experience in Operations Management with responsibilities inclusive of IT oversight, process improvement, project management and business continuity planning. The incumbent will possess a minimum of 5 years management experience which must include management/supervisory responsibilities. Experience in financial services, insurance or similar industry and knowledge of parametric insurance concepts, reinsurance, business continuity planning and/or risk management, are preferable.

The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communications skills in English. Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
