Product Development Specialist (PDS)
CCRIF SPC (formerly the Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility) is seeking a full‑time Product Development Specialist (PDS) to support the Chief Risk Management Officer (CRMO) in the design, evaluation, and onboarding of new products and catastrophe loss models. The PDS will play a key role in advancing CCRIF’s product innovation agenda.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, assessing product concepts, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, engaging with potential clients and stakeholders, and providing technical input and feedback throughout the product development cycle. The role also includes supporting integrated teams in preparing for product launches.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related industry and/or in comprehensive disaster risk management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset
