A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CCRIF and UWI Seismic Research Centre was signed in March 2012.The aim of the MoU is to facilitate a project to enhance the accelometric networks in the Eastern Caribbean and Jamaica that seek to promote the evaluation and mitigation of seismic risks in the Caribbean. A contract was signed for the SRC to commence the project.
