This document represents the Labor Management Procedures (LMP) developed in support of the Second
Central America and Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Project (P175616). The procedures seek to
safeguard the inclusion of appropriate measures to manage risks associated with employment under the
project. The LMP identifies the main labor requirements under the project and established parameters to
ensure that worker engagement is undertaken in accordance with both the requirements of the Labor
